I really love the sound of this chime. I was really surprised at how pleasing it was for a smaller size chime. I needed a chime for a smaller spot and I could not really find anything small that sounded so nice...until I found this one. Very happy with it and would buy it again. Great quality.I just Love this chime!!! Very well made and chimes are just beautiful to hear and very soothing!! I plan to purchase more and send as gifts to family and Friends. Highly Recommend!!The chimes are so soft and mellow. I placed it in the center of a new rock garden where I had planted new shrubs and added solar lights. I placed blooming plants on wrought iron plant stands at either end. I have always had a very special passion for butterflies, so this chime was a perfect choice and means so much to me. My first one died in the Texas winds!I need to remember to video myself opening my packages. I did not like the condition of the box it looked old/reused, and it was slightly opened and not sealed. The tissue paper was wrinkled like it also had been used before. Some of the chime parts were wrapped and others were not. The insert pamphlet was bent. Not a nice site when opening up something new.However the sound was beautiful the moment I held it up!Since my daughter passed away, butterflies remind me of her so this butterfly chime was perfect- it has such a soft chime to it...I replaced a "non Woodstock" windchime recently with this one, to pair up to another Woodstock that I owned. After having two I would say the Woodstock products definitely hold up much better. We have had some wind/rain over the last season in Norcal and our chime lost one of it's chimes and it just seemed easier to buy then to fix. We looked at our other windchime and Woodstock was fine, weathered the storm fine with no issues. The manufacturers website lets you listen to the tones so you can find one that appeals to you or has a complimentary tone with one you already own. That is what we did and we LOVE the chime and it pairs so well with the one we owned already. Listening let us weed out the ones that weren't our style. Beautiful, well-priced and would also make a great housewarming gift.
